Return Process

  Log into your COCOMO account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring the inclusion of all promotional gifts and the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
